Distiller, Rebecca Cameron will be bringing her beautiful copper pots and will take you through the history of gin and the distilling process, while challenging your senses with plenty of aromas and tastes.
Sue will take you through the chocolate making process from bean to bar along with a tempering demonstration and taste single-origin chocolates from around the world. Together these ladies will match 5 unique gins with bespoke chocolates to create a unique and memorable night.
