These new appointments, including Robbie McGowan as Director of Food and Beverage, Lucas Fernandes as Executive Chef, Paul Wilson as Head Chef of Wildflower, and Jessica Roe as Head Chef at Petition, promising to elevate the State Buildings’ reputation as Perth’s dynamic culinary centre. With their diverse expertise, these leaders will continue to bring modern approaches and refined skills, delivering unparalleled dining experiences.
Jesse Tibert, General Manager of State Buildings and COMO The Treasury, expresses confidence in this new chapter: “I am thrilled to welcome these talented individuals to our team as we enter our 10th year.
