Begin your experience with house-made pastries and fresh fruit, followed by three exquisite courses. Think Wattleseed waffles with house-made bacon and lemon myrtle infused maple syrup. Each dish will be paired alongside a selection of exquisite Western Australian rosés curated by our award-winning Director of Wine, Emma Farrelly.
