As the saying goes, cabernet is king. This wondrous grape variety takes many forms, from understated and refined, to a mighty, sword-wielding ruler of the dining table.

It is this brilliant versatility that has garnered adoration globally, and makes cabernet sauvignon the perfect partner to any meal.

Join us for a roving dining experience showcasing the many expressions of this regal grape, hosted by our King and Queen, Julian Langworthy of Deep Woods Estate and Virginia Willcock of Vasse Felix.

Guests will enjoy an exquisite three course menu alongside a selection of magnificent Margaret River cabernets, as they journey through each of the stunning spaces in The Treasury Lounge and Bar.
