About the Role
The Assistant House Manager will ensure operational continuity of Mello House in line with the identity, reputation, cultural vision and mission of the venue. The Assistant House Manager will assist in overseeing operations of the concierge and service teams to deliver excellent products and services for members and guests. The Assistant House Manager will provide mentoring, coaching and support for subordinate staff, assist in curating and execution of internal and external events and continually assess the needs and desires of a highly diverse member base.
