About the Role

The Club Restaurant Manager will uphold the identity and reputation of Mello House in line with the cultural vision and mission of the venue. The Club Manager will oversee operations of the venue to ensure the delivery of excellence within the team, to accommodate and provide for this highly diverse membership population.
This is a highly hands-on, operational role.

Skills and Experience

As the Club Manager, you are an influential leader and strategic business partner to all departments that share our story, deliver exceptional service, build culture, maximise profits, support operations, and exceed member and guest expectations. The Club Manager also works very closely with internal and external stake holders to ensure optimal experience is a result of unforgettable moments through food & beverage, events and amenities. Previous restuarant management experience is required.
