SHOP 1875 is a reimagined corner store, serving up sandwiches, salads, snacks and more. With elevated everyday refreshments, our treats are humble, relatable, and made with the best ingredients we can get our hands on.

Role

We are currently seeking talented Commis Chefs to join our team at SHOP 1875.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;

• Working with seasonal ingredients, striving to consistently deliver the best
• Adhere to recipes and procedures as outlined by the Executive Chef and provide input into menu design and creation, writing recipes where appropriate
• Having full knowledge of every menu item from start to finish

Skills & Experience

Ideal candidates will have the following skills and experiences;

• Relevant Qualification in Commercial Cookery
• Availability from Monday – Friday.
• A strong work ethic, a passion to create good food and a desire to succeed.
