The Opportunity

Mello House are seeking versatile front of house professionals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for hospitality, and pride themselves in delivering exceptional service to exceed guests’ expectations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Seamless delivery of food and beverage service.
• Ability to engage with members and guests to anticipate and understand their needs.
• Handle enquiries and complaints in a professional manner and with a high standard of customer service.
• Ensure company work health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate must have:

• Demonstrated experience as food and beverage attendant or host, preferably in an Executive or Business lounge.
• Passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Willing to work a variety of shifts including on weekends.
• Must have or be willing to obtain an RSA certificate.
