Discover Wildflower, a culinary gem found atop the COMO The Treasury in Perth. Featuring a contemporary a la carte and degustation menu, the creation of these dishes are influenced by the six seasons of the indigenous Noongar calendar.
Wildflower Restuarant, a 3-hatted, award-winning restaurant at the top of Perth’s State Buildings, has a rare opening for an Experienced, Passionate and Creative Head Chef to lead our Kitchen operations.
Our Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery along with 2 years’ experience in a Head Chef role. You will have a strong awareness and understanding of produce, variety of culinary techniques and day to day management of a busy, fast paced kitchen including assisting in menu planning, purchasing, stock control, education and supervision of staff. Experience in a fine dining Kitchen is essential.
The role will require an exceptional level of grooming and personal presentation, attention to detail and ability to demonstrate impeccable communication skills. Well-developed leadership skills are essential, as is a passion for mentoring your team.
