For the first time, Chef Amanda Gale – co-creator of the iconic COMO Shambhala Cuisine, will be bringing her exceptional culinary knowledge from COMO Shambhala Estate to Wildflower.
Expect a nutritious four-course brunch featuring COMO Shambhala Cuisine dishes such as kingfish crudo with jalapeños and finger limes, market fish with sea vegetables and more. Brunch will be served with energising juices and blends rich in living enzymes, vitamins and minerals amidst Wildflower’s stunning rooftop surrounds.
