Savour a produce-driven menu designed to showcase two of Western Australian’s best culinary kings – State Buildings Executive Chef, Kim Brennan, in collaboration with Rockpool Bar and Grill Perth Head Chef, Brendan Owens. Guests will enjoy canapés followed by a bountiful six-course menu showcasing both Kim and Brendan’s food philosophy. Each dish will be paired alongside a collection of wines curated by award-winning Director of Wine, Emma Farrelly.
This experience includes canapés upon arrival and a six-course dining experience with paired wines.
