Danny Bowien, the mastermind behind the cult Mission Chinese Food and winner of the 2013 James Beard Award for Rising Star Chef of the Year, is joining spice master David Thompson in the Long Chim kitchen for one night only.
David and Danny will combine their incredible talents to bring you ten adventurous dishes matched with free-flowing wine and beer.
