Alongside our signature Osteria menu, we’ll be serving a selection of Mare-inspired dishes, showcasing the best of locally sourced seafood with a nod to the Italian coast. Enjoy the freshness of Sand Whiting, Shark Bays scallops, Fritto Misto, and a traditional Frutti di Mare risotto.

And on Easter Sunday, complete the celebration with our slow-roasted Southwest Dorper lamb shoulder, served with salsa verde — designed to be shared around the table.
