Alongside his sister Elena, Marco continues the family’s legacy, combining traditional winemaking with a forward-thinking approach. The Sandro Fay winery sustainably cultivates 15 hectares in Lombardy’s Valtellina region, where terraced vineyards rise toward the Alps, producing Nebbiolos that reflect the nuances of altitude and exposure.
