Five Chefs of the State
After the highly successful event in 2018, we will again choose five talented chefs from the State Buildings to create a collaborative long-table dinner in the grand Postal Hall.
Each chef will again have the freedom to present some of their favourites dishes from their own culinary history, showcasing five unique, off-the-menu courses* from the chefs behind Wildflower, Petition Kitchen, Post, Long Chim and COMO The Treasury.
Each course will be served alongside Leeuwin Estate wines matched by State Buildings Director of Wine, Emma Farrelly.
*The menu may contain gluten, meat, dairy, nuts & shellfish and we cannot guarantee suitable substitutes will be available for this event.
