Five Chefs of the State — Sold Out
Five talented State Buildings chefs have been given a blank canvas to create a unique collaborative dinner in the grand Postal Hall.
Each chef has the freedom to present their favourites dishes from their own unique culinary history. The result is a menu showcasing five unique, off-the-menu courses from the chefs behind Wildflower, Petition Kitchen, Post, Long Chim and COMO The Treasury, served alongside Voyager Estate wines matched by State Buildings Director of Wine, Emma Farrelly.
