The richly-fabled province of Tuscany is blessed with a long gastronomic history dating back to the Renaissance, as well as an exceptional array of seasonal produce and passionate locals who take pride in procuring only the best artisanal delicacies.
Take a captivating tour through the centre of Italy with a phenomenal feast which captures the deep heart and heritage of this beautiful region.
Guests will enjoy canapés followed by a bountiful three-course menu, curated by Kim Brennan, featuring a special dry-aged Bistecca alla Fiorentina from celebrated meat purveyor, David Torre. Each dish will be paired alongside a collection of the finest Italian and Western Australian wines, including a famed Super Tuscan blend.
