Adi Ruiz from Southtrade and State Buildings Beverage Manager, Eoin Kenny, will guide you on a journey through the United States Deep South, sharing the fascinating Pappy Van Winkle tale, while tasting some of the best bourbon the world has to offer.
The evening delivers:
– House-made canapés and curated cocktail on arrival
– A structured tasting of five exclusive bourbons from the Buffalo Trace distillery, including Pappy Van Winkle 23 Year Old, 15 Year Old, Old Rip Van Winkle, William Larue Weller and George T Stagg
– An eclectic five-course menu curated by State Buildings Executive Chef, Kim Brennan
– Wine pairing by State Buildings Director of Wine, Emma Farrelly.
