Founder and Head Distiller – Cameron Syme, will guide you through the Limeburners legend, in an evening laced with superb pairings of their award-winning whisky, intertwined with tales of the great wonders of the whisky world.
With a menu designed by the State Buildings Executive Chef team, journey through curated canapés, a three-course tasting menu, finishing with a sweet and savoury finesse, all accompanied by:
