Perth’s old franking room welcomes warm Italian osteria, Post.
Post is named after its location, being the franking room of Perth’s original General Post Office in the State Buildings. Post is COMO The Treasury’s inner-city bistro, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week.
Recently awarded an Australian Good Food and Travel Guide Chef Hat Award, this Italian-inspired bistro features a constantly evolving menu with a contemporary take on Italian classics guided by the season’s bounty. The casually polished surrounds make Post a convivial and approachable setting for all-day dining.
The menu features hearty Italian classics, including pasta and risotto, and a ‘stuzzichini’ or grazing menu offering something for any time of day, including regional Italian cheeses that go perfectly with Post’s well-rounded wine list.
The menu also features healthy COMO Shambhala cuisine, focusing on a perfectly calibrated mix of raw and cooked ingredients with specific nutritional purposes.
