Not Another Wine Dinner — Wine and Swine
Long Chim are celebrating all things pork and the versatility and flavour it brings to Thai cuisine…and what better wine to compliment pork than Riesling?
Rieslingfreak winemaker and actual Riesling freak John Hughes will be joining us for this atypical wine and swine dinner. This event isn’t all about stringent matching – you get to try what you want, when you want. Loved that wine? Have another glass!
Since this isn’t your usual wine dinner and we love to support all that is delicious and local, our Bar Chiefs have teamed with High Spirits Distillery to present a cocktail with each course and some bangin’ beers to help wash down all that delicious porky goodness!
Vegetarian and vegan dietary options are not available for this event.
