This will be an exceptional evening with iconic whisky from the Highland Park distillery in Orkney. Discover the range of Highland Park whiskies, from the 12 Year Old all the way to the truly exceptional and rare 40 Year Old single malt whisky.

Australian and New Zealand malt ambassador, Mark Hickey, will be hosting the event alongside State Buildings Beverage Manager, Eoin Kenny, as we sample whisky unavailable anywhere else in Western Australia.

– A structured tasting of five Highland Park whiskies bolstered by a traditional Orcadian feast curated by State Buildings Executive, Chef Kim Brennan
