As Western Australia’s only producer of this treat, and the first commercial baker to bring THE HONEYCAKE to Australia, they include local ingredients like raw honey, high quality walnuts and certified free ranged eggs.
Wildflower is COMO The Treasury’s rooftop restaurant, serving lunch and dinner against a backdrop of sweeping views over the Swan River. Executive Chef, Jed Gerrard, has created a menu of contemporary cuisine using the finest Western Australian produce.
The three interconnected heritage buildings known as the State Buildings sit on the corner of St Georges Tce & Barrack St. in the centre of Perth. Over their 140-year history, they’ve been used as Public Offices, a Police Court and cellblock, Treasury, Survey Department, GPO, Immigration Offices, office of the Premier and Cabinet, Lands Department and Titles Building – but had been empty since the government vacated the buildings nearly two decades ago. The newly revitalised State Buildings now offer a carefully curated mix of hospitality and retail offerings, as well as COMO The Treasury hotel.
