COMO Shambhala Half Day Hatha Yoga Retreat
Take time out to recharge your energies before the festive season begins with our COMO Shambhala Half Day Hatha Yoga Retreat, hosted by internationally renowned yoga teacher Stephanie Johnson.
Hatha yoga works to gently rebalance the mind, body and soul through a set of poses and breathing techniques, which are practised slowly and held for a longer period of time.
Following a restorative two hour session combining yoga and guided meditation, guests will enjoy a healthful brunch in The Treasury Lounge and Bar surrounded by the stunning Cape Arid collection.
Limited spaces available. No yoga experience required.
