SHOP 1875 is a reimagined corner store, located in the iconic State Buildings.

Celebrating the taste of nostalgia, we believe that good food does not always require a reinvention of the wheel.

With elevated everyday refreshments, our treats are humble, relatable, and made with the best ingredients we can get our hands on.

Make sure to sign up to our loyalty program when you arrive! Our loyalty program  includes:

  • 10 stamps = choice of one cake or slice only.
  • 20 stamps = one sandwich OR small salad + cake or slice.
