From the succulent eggplants of Sicily to the fragrant tomatoes of Campania, Italy’s southern regions all offer their own unique produce, which has birthed a captivating culinary culture based on lighter, fresher fare. These vibrant seasonal ingredients lend themselves perfectly to creating a host of imaginative vegetarian dishes, which grace the tables of locals during every meal.

For one night only, we invite you to pull up a chair and eat as the Italians do, with Executive Chef Kim Brennan’s Spring vegetarian feast. Enjoy five incredible courses capturing the essence of great Mediterranean cooking – fantastic produce served with stunning simplicity.
