Utilising Republic of Fremantle’s silky smooth spirit base distilled from Western Australian grapes, you’ll taste, discover and experiment with Thai botanicals and blend your very own 500ml bottle of bespoke gin to take home.
Following this immersive experience, gather around the table for a Maa Long Chim feast accompanied by delicious drinks, as you hear the fascinating evolution of gin through the ages.
