Situated in the basement of the iconic State Buildings in the heart of Perth’s CBD, the restaurant is housed in a characterful heritage cellar with brick archway features. Long Chim Perth is a triumph of contemporary Thai flavours, incorporating a 100 seat dining room with open plan kitchen, a large 100 guest outdoor courtyard and a 45 seat cocktail bar.

The interiors feature exposed brick work distressed by theatrical set designers, digital projection within the courtyard, stenciled floors and open services into the ceiling spaces. Collaborative street art by renowned Thai-based artists Alex Face, Bon, Sath, Diamond One and Gong complete the design.
