Introducing the COMO Shambhala Couples Massage Workshop — an opportunity to reconnect through a centuries-old healing tradition.

During this private experience, a COMO Shambhala wellness expert will teach a combination of chair-based and massage bed techniques, explaining the anatomy of the back and the key areas on which to focus. Guests will be shown a massage sequence in detail, before having the opportunity to practice on each other. At the end of the workshop, couples will receive a bottle of signature COMO Shambhala massage oil, to continue their practice at home.

Workshop may be purchased as a voucher from COMO Shambhala Urban Escape and gifted to a friend or loved one.

The experience includes:

• A 75-minute private couples massage workshop, with guidance from a wellness expert
• A back muscle anatomy card to make notes on and refer to after the session
