Chenin Wine Luncheon – Wine Merchant
Chenin Blanc is a firm favourite among the wine team here at the State Buildings as it is as versatile as our tastes. We champion modern expressions from Margaret River, lovely classics from the Loire Valley and we are particularly fond of the broad range of styles coming out of the Swan Valley.
Known for its fresh acidity and great ageing potential, Chenin can be zippy and zesty, deep and rich, textural, always interesting and always finds a place at the table.
