Post x Mi Scusi Collaboration Dinner

Three chefs. Four courses. One seriously good night.

For one night only, POST and Mi Scusi are coming together for a collaboration that brings big Italian flavours, great drinks and even better energy to the State Buildings.

Director of Culinary Lucas Fernandes, Mi Scusi founder and chef Marco Bevilacqua, and POST Head Chef Thyago Rocha join forces for a menu built around exceptional produce, generous Italian cooking and the kind of food that calls for another glass of wine.

The night begins in Postal Hall, Negroni Sbagliato in hand, with canapes circulating and the DJ setting the mood. From there, take your seat in POST as the three chefs serve up four courses inspired by the food they love to cook and eat — bold, generous and made for sharing a table.

But dinner is only the beginning.

As the plates come out, the music goes up. The drinks keep flowing, the conversation gets louder, and the evening moves upstairs to the Cape Arid Rooms, where Mi Scusi’s dessert trolley takes centre stage.
