Sue creates fresh handmade chocolates using the world’s finest ethically sourced covertures blended with local, seasonal, often organic produce. Unlike other chocolates, Sue’s creations contain no preservatives and are lower in sugar.
Sue now brings her delicacies to the heart of the city, where she creates on site. On its elegant marble bench Sue prepares her handmade chocolates, and welcomes chocolate-lovers with exclusive tasting nights and chocolate classes.
