For one night only, descend into the urban playground as Long Chim’s celebrated bar legends – original bar chief James Connolly, local bar hero Dean Buchanan and globe-trotting bar boss Eoin Kenny, showcase three of their signature creations.

A mix of throwbacks and current favourites, expect expertly-crafted liquid creations; the famous Bangkok Painkiller, extraordinary Temple of Dawn and delightful Lychee.
