Join us this spring as we reveal BAR 1875 – our home of everyday refreshments transformed into an urban market serving up the finest seafood.

Choose your own combination from an abundant selection featuring delicate Tasmanian salmon, South Australian oysters shucked to order and succulent lobster sourced from the waters off Rottnest Island, alongside other fresh coastal delights.

Mimosas, Champagne and Sparkling will be available to enjoy, curated by State Buildings Director of Wine, Emma Farrelly.
