Wildflower & Wayfinder: A Collaboration Dinner

Inspired by the farm-to-table philosophy of Wayfinder's South West farm and Wildflower's reverence for the rhythms of the six Noongar seasons.
For one evening, two of Western Australia's most compelling chefs share a kitchen and a philosophy. Stephen Thompson at Wildflower. Brendan Pratt, Executive Chef of Wayfinder Wine Bar & Restaurant in Dunsborough and the soon-to-open Wayfinder Winery & Farm in Cowaramup.
At Wayfinder, the kitchen begins in the ground. Ninety-five percent of all fresh produce is grown in its own market garden, an integrity that travels from the soil to the guest. At Wildflower, Stephen's menu moves with the Noongar calendar. In Makuru, the season of fertility, the kitchen follows.
Distinct in voice, united in conviction. Each chef presents their own dishes within a single sitting, precise, purposeful and shaped by where they stand.
